Nick understands the importance of an optimized online presence in today’s world of data and search. He's passionate about solving problems and enjoys facing the challenges that come with them.
He discovered the digital world as a kid on his family's Gateway computer with Windows ’98 and Ask Jeeves. Since then, he’s gained experience in other various areas including all things SEO, analytics, HTML, photo and video editing, and email marketing. Nick is always open to learning new skills and believes everyone has something valuable to teach.

A passionate, comprehensive digital specialist with experience in producing, optimizing, and tracking both paid and organic social, blog and web content, and managing both influencer and brand partnerships.

Carly believes successful brands are driven by a combination of data, human interaction, and human empathy — those that exist to connect, and stay, with people. Avid lover of rescue dogs, semi-necessary Amazon Prime purchases, frequent flyer miles, moving my body, and dad's homemade meatballs.
Cathy Spicer
Copywriter
Cathy has worked as an editor and writer for 27 years. For more than 23 years, she worked at PR Newswire, a global provider of multimedia platforms that enable marketers, corporate communicators and investor relations officers to leverage content to engage with all their key audiences.
She is a flutist with The Greater Cleveland Flute Society’s performing ensemble, Erie Waters, and is an avid home cook and foodie. From May until the first snow, she spends as much time as possible on the front porch of her historic 1913 home in Lakewood, Ohio.
Jessica brings more than 15 years of marketing and strategy experience to Jrae Consulting, Inc. Her specialties include strategy, digital analytics, team building, and branding.
She has spent the majority of her career working to foster #1 brands such as Therma-Tru Doors and Trex Composite Decking focused on strategic planning, brand management, product marketing, retail partnership growth, and digital marketing. While her career started in the foodservice industry as a graphic designer, she has made a career of helping organizations evolve and grow across a variety of industries including consumer goods, construction, and healthcare.
A unique passion for people and organizational culture, Jessica utilizes her entrepreneurial spirit to help businesses grow in innovative and measured ways.

As a life-long practitioner of dance, our Founder Jessica’s first volunteer experiences were working with The Toledo Ballet. For over 10 years Jessica has worked with community organizations throughout the state of Ohio, engaging with those causes that are important to her.

Enjoying the outdoors is actively encouraged by our furry friends, including Jessica’s two black labs. The beautiful parks in the Cleveland area are one of her favorite aspects of Northeast Ohio. Taking the time to explore the outdoors is an activity many of the team enjoy, in Ohio and across the country.
